Regardless of its affiliation with the German media giant, the investment focus of the Accelerator program is widespread and not limited to particular market segments – both B2C and B2B startups are welcome.
However, the upcoming class will have a new vertical track – LaunchpAD – focusing specifically on supporting 2 startups in the field of advertising technology and data analytics. These startups will have the chance to work closely together with the Group’s marketing agency SevenOne Media, ProSiebenSat.1 Digital and other relevant departments, potentially creating first pilot cases.
Application Deadline – January 31
The program includes coaching on a daily basis by the Accelerator core team as well as executives from different areas of ProSiebenSat.1 Media Group, mentoring sessions with external experts, cooperation with one of the biggest media companies in Europe, office space at ProSiebenSat.1 headquarters in Unterfoehring, EUR 25,000 funding in return for 5% equity and a chance to compete at SevenVentures Pitch Day for 7m EUR in TV advertising.
The program application period ends on January 31, 2015. After narrowing down the applications to about 20 startups, the select companies will be invited to Munich to pitch their way into the top 8 companies that will start the Accelerator program in March 2015.
