Contextual advertising network Etarget has just launched a new product called Retarget that lets you create remarketing campaigns. Retarget lets you target users that have already visited your website and know something about your products or services.
Basically, you add a code snippet to your website and then Etarget knows when a users comes from it to one of the websites in their network, for example one of the 500 websites they've partnered with in Croatia.
